Nice to see that I'm missed on here. I've been on a self imposed hiatus from BGOL *basically got a woman that will put up with my conservative bullshit....*, and I've been taking it kinda serious with this one. In other words, I haven't had time to really get on here as much as I like. Oh well, enough of that bullshit, how about some random thoughts from the resident conservative?

My heart bleeds for the congresswoman in Arizona *Rep. Gifford*, and the other victims of that attack. However, it's very sad that instead of people actually looking at this for what it is, we have a lot of excuse making going on. Excuse me from being brash, but I have a problem when a group of people blames another group of people due to rhetoric. Any hip hop fan that grew up to Ice Cube knows that rhetoric does not make you do anything. You have to WANT to do something violent. This man WANTED to do something bad to this woman. It doesn't matter WHO says WHAT. If a person wants to kill a congressman/woman it can happened. It's nothing I want, but it is reality. Can we all please just grow up? Seriously?

New congress, same president...
I'm going to be completely honest with you, and some of the more left leaning members will not agree with me on this. Obama's new best friends are the republicans *that's if he wants to get reelected*. He *Obama* has the choice of become JFK *minus the bullet....* and win reelection, or go the road of Carter. An Ex president that holds grudges with dead men *Carter still blames Ted Kennedy for NOT beating Reagan..*. I've said this once, and I'll say this again, Obama's biggest threat isn't the Tea Party. It's the far left. If he realizes that, Obama will win 2012.
