I'm listless, feel like i'm not getting deep sleep and just drifting those some days.

It's a heavy burden for sure.

I'm trying to make it to 95 though so I'm in good shape, exercise regularly, read just as much.

First time I've ever listen to this show and Patrice in particular. There honestly is some brilliant logic in a lot of what is being said and trying to be conveyed. Amazing drop OP! Differently worth several more listens and analysis..This podcast is a upper echelon class into the sex's man!

You know you can skip half the bullshit by KNOWING YOUR DAMN SELF.
Most of the bullshit you go through is just because you don't know who you are and you don't value yourself to some extent. Simply put your gonna attract women based on your vibration. Most men can't handle their energy so they spill it everywhere (porn,tv,looking at pictures of women, debating on BGOL etc.) but when you learn to concentrate your energy and focus it on a passion or just rest in your own testosterone shit will change. You will become EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE because instead of your energy going down through your dick its going up through your chakras. This is why sex and enlighntment are so intertwined, sexual energy is just concentrated energy but niggas get too HOT and have to RELEASE IT.
When you learn to hold it UNTIL A WOMAN APPROACHES YOU, then you realize your true power.

Yep. This is why monks go out of their way to detach from the world because they know it drains your energy especially anything sexual. They conserve their energy for enlightenment but you also have to know when to release. Its just a balance.
