***The Official Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Thread***

Iam still playin this and SSF4 but just like in sports you have bandwagon fans and diehards. Unfortunatly most people it seems on this board it seems are bandwagon when it comes to videogames not just fightgames like mvc3 or ssf4.

If you just starting Id pick up that Brady Games guide I havent bought a guide since FF7, I just wasnt trying to print off shit from my computer for combos and the guide is good bathroom material.

Its 400 pages has framerate data AND has a bunch of combos for you to work once you beat mission mode.

Damn I guess this thread is dead

honestly, the game isnt all i hoped it would be.
its fun after a few play throughs, but the only thrill im getting out of it is seeing the different assist moves.

I cannot win on very hard difficulty, a 10 year old button mashed me and smashed me.
ima keep playing it though, just wish knew what it was missing, cant put my thumb on it

So me and a couple homies got together to play this shit yeserday,
All of us are big MVC2 heads....
after a few rounds my boy explained my gripe with the game.

The fucking game is so bright and has so much stuff flashing and shining with every movement til you can barely tell exactly whats happening.
And that really is my problem, someone can button mash and all you see is swinging animations and pretty colors but can barely pinpoint what the character is doing.

That may be a petty issuse but it really is why I can't get into the game the way i like.
and the stages andbackgrounds make it harder on the eyes.

That was my problem when I first started also, but once you start learning combos you're good. Also, getting used to your team will help you out.

I dunno cuz, i've played it front to back over and over and i still get fucked up by not knowing whats happenin on-screen.
You couple that with my short attention span and i have to pop another game in.
I enjoy playing with Chris, Haggar, Ryu,& Super Skrull.
And thats mainly cause i can see what i'm doing. But that doesnt help when somebody picks a fast moving character with a shit load of animations behind their attacks. My eyes get lost in the action and i lose.

I still love the game but I'ma stick to Street Fighter and wait on the new Mortal Kombat.

I'm pretty sure you would smash me with one character :(
