He didn't tell them to be housewives, he told women that if they marry a millionaire, that guy is going to want his wife to raise his kids, not his mother-in-law. A lot of those chicks didn't want to work and wanted to be a housewives anyway.
If a woman made a decent amount of money and didn't want to get married, he didn't have a problem with it.
He didn't have a problem with women having dreams. He had a problem with women expecting their unrealistic fantasies to come true simply because they felt that they deserved it.
