What makes you think tony is working for starkwood? It wouldnt make sense for tony to be working for starkwood when he is the one who helped get them in trouble. He could have put a hot one into jack's head back at the dock and starwoods role would have never been revealed. As it stands now starkwood is done largely thanks to Tony. My guess is he is working with the Africans or some military folks.

this is my first season of 24. I try not to watch the white supremeist/racist television programming, but when I say it was finally based in africa I had to watch. I think Tony was sent in to take down Jonas Hodges and Starkwood. Hodges had lost his mind, and the rest of the collective weren't about to let him bring down the entire operation.
