She talks about Angels shooting technique every time she commentates a Rose game and says she can help her shoot better, I thought there was a video of her working with Angel and Aaliyah Boston about a week ago. I don't really think it's Angels shooting technique because she doesn't really have one, most times she's just throwing the ball up at the rim different ways, right hand, left hand, underhanded, both hands... lol
Her shooting technique is aight, items basic and to the point. She has a solid shooting technique, she just needs to settle down and focus.
And you're right, around the rim she does just throw it up and hopes that it hits something. I think that's what Lisa's referring to when she says "Layups".
And she's right, that's definitely fixable.
