She’s got more winning accolades than your girl.
Trolls and racist will never say anything positive about her. True fans of the league recognize her talent and what she is capable of. The key is for her to keep grinding. She has MVP type potential, but the offensive game will need to continue to develop. Having a mid range jumper does wonders for a basketball player. Thats what's gonna help her, along with a low post game. SGA didn't take a lot of 3s for OKC, but was a killer on mid range jumpers and getting to the basket.

She shot another low percentage which consistently gets highlighted because most of her shots are directly under the rim.
I think 8 of her 18 rebounds were off her missed shots. After watching her play, she is not a franchise player and can never be your option 1 if you are trying to win. She was always project but people want something to counter Caitlin Clark.
The problem she is not talented and has always been a project with limited ability. People thinking she was a franchise player that could carry a team have no one to blame but themselves.

That’s what, 43% for a big. That’s not good. You have guards shooting that. If a player is shooting primarily around the rim, you got to make 6 or 7 out of ten around the rim
She is not a franchise player. She definitely can’t carry a team as the number 1 option. To me she is more like Ben Wallace, who could play defense and grab you some boards who can occasionally give you 15 to 20 pts.
But her game is 11pts and 8 rebounds 3 assist.
Because people wanted something to counter Caitlin Clark, they latched onto a project player who never had the skills of a Wilson, Parker or Lesley. Not even close.

Angel has been playing really well these last few games, she has started taking her time with the shots and is looking good as a passer, I said earlier next year she'll be a totally different player but with 20+ games still left in the season she might turn that corner before the season is over

I wouldn't say she is not talented. She can play ball, but has some work to do. As of now she doesn't impact the team enough on the offensive side to carry a team. I believe she has the potential to carry a team with hard work. You feel she is all she will ever be right now. Ultimately Angel will decide how her career plays out. I will be disappointed if her game doesn't evolve over the next few years.
I would love to see Coop coaching in the WNBA. She is right about the women game. We get a chance to watch these young ladies grow and learn at the college level. I knew nothing about the NBA rookie draft outside a few names.
