That's exactly what the coach said she was going to do but just like the Sky want Angel to be a part of the offense, the Fever want Caitlin to run the entire offense. When they do play her off the ball but she won't run the screens like Curry she'll run around a couple screens and if she doesn't immediately get the ball back she just stops trying and stands around
They run a lot of screens for her. Sometimes double screens.. 90% coming with her running from the right side of the court to the left side where she's comfortable.
The problem is defenses know it's coming so they jump it.
Yeah Curry is going to keep running until he gets a open look Caitlin Clark isn't willing to do that she wants the ball back as quick as she can
Curry will run from left, right, up the middle, diagonal and keep it going. You never know where they'll run a play for him from. Can't really run plays for CC like they do him because she's most comfortable going left.
Mitchell is more like Curry coming off of screens at this point. Plus, CC and Boston are the bomb in the screen/role game... So CC handling the ball is their strength. I'd keep that running until CC expands her game.

Sonia Cintron îs basically young Clay Thompson. She quietly one of the best 2-way players in the league. Her, Kiki and Georgia Amore gonna be a helluva trio for the Mystics in the years to come. Shit, Kiki & Sonia already giving teams fits.
