I'm off work today, at home chillin'. The house phone rings...i know, who has a land-line nowadays...and most of the time it's telemarketers, wrong numbers, etc. Anyway, i answer it and the person asks for me by name (last name), so i think oh shit, is it a bill collector, wtf...
It's the NRA and this chick has a 'special message' from the VP/Chairman whatever of the NRA. I love/collect guns, i'm black, and i'm an Obama supporter, so i decided to listen to hold and listen to the recorded message, mostly b/c i like to hear how these CAC's think.
Basically, it was Obama hate and false information, in an attempt to gain membership and certainly votes in the upcoming election.
She started off by stating a bunch of lies like Obama will impose a 500% tax on ammo, he banned certain weapons, yada, yada.
I responded by saying that i prefer to do my own research and not take what anybody (i.e. a business, stranger, etc.) to be as factual, on any subject, and i hope others with
