Million people depend on the increased incarceration rate for jobs.

Unfortunately, I have dealt with cops trying to bait you, or setting you up to get you to commit a crime. Luckily we have DNA, otherwise I would probably be dragged in for a crime. After hearing this, I see why they would want to get a felony on you, legalized discrimination.

Most insurance companies don't sell to poor blacks, many black people today still buy burial policies that don't even bury them let alone leave something for the family. Because of this people don't move up like other races with access to good insurance and investment plans. Instead every generation starts at the bottom and stays there this is how poverty becomes entrenched. Add that to poor medical care, police profiling and blacks crabbin each other and you got a permanent underclass.

You can expand this book to many other areas, but the central issue is wealth transfer. As a result, there hasn't been much progress.
