From ABC's 20/20. I found this to be pretty interesting. It had me thinking about a number of things. The pros/cons of illegalizing drugs. The pros/cons if drugs like this were legalized. How people/customers are helped but also possibly manipulated & hurt by the business of drugs that are legal today. The nature of addiction itself. What ya'll think?

I don't know how to imbed videos so just click the link. Once the first video ends, it continues into another.

Wow. 34 views & not one comment. I guess it wasn't all that interesting too ya'll. That or I just did a poor job sparking any convo on it.

You started a thread without stating your position.

What position are folks to agree or disagree with?

You are going to have to give to get.

The lack of participation may be based on the false premise of the title.

Personally, I think the title is bull shit.

The new face of heroin addiction? WTF.

Suburban, rural, young, old, rich and poor white folks have been doing heroin from day one. Heroin isn't new to the white community. Junkies have been around a long long time.

Lol cool. "The new face of heroin" was the title of the program. There's a number of posts on this forum that simply post an article and the OP doesn't post a single word of his own. There's plenty that could be said by watching the video and sharing your thoughts. It's not a requirement for you to be responding to my opinion in order for you to have thoughts of your own and post them.

As it is stands though, you now have posted some of your opinion. You think the title's suggestion is false. You think this has been going on for a long, long time. I agree. But thanks, I guess I did give a little and got, well, a little...

You're right on all accounts. Questions are not required to generate comment. A statement or the contents of a post, alone, may be sufficient to evoke comment, debate or analysis.
