I'd JUST moved out of Brown Deer a month or two before then. Back when Northridge was still poppin.
I stayed in the "North Ghettos" before it got too far outta hand.

I stay over in Northridge Lakes. In the decent apt buildings....not the low income ones. I definitely dont stay in the Meadows either. But looking at that old ran down mall brings back so many memories. Especially the Jesse Anderson case. I always forget that him and Dahmer were cell mates and got killed together.
