lol...like i said i been working out the kinks...another chick i filmed...
u have to travel with a power strip...
..u can basically move it anywhere then...notice i turned it sideways & put it behind the phone but it being plugged into the strip it raises it above the phone...so the phone doesnt block the view..lol
but now what i noticed i need a back light...so not only the lamp had to b on ...u should actually use the overhead main light in the room ...

1. Yes homegrown shit will be recorded most definitely.
2. If somebody steals shit at your crib (minus the charger) You will know who took it.
3. For athelets, professionals, and average niggas who get caught up with these lying, scorned, vengeful ass hoes that consented to sex, Rejoice because they can no longer cry "he raped me" because the recording will tell all.
4. To you insecure ass niggas or If you suspect your ol lady is a thot (that you chose to wife up/claim as yours in the first place) This can record activities at home to see if another nigga is thrashing.
But for me personally, it's homegrown and house surveillance.

fyi, from a legal perspective its against the law to record someone without their permission, regardless if they are committing a crime. the issue you are going to have is, you will have evidence that will not see the light of day or court because any half wit lawyer can get an illegal recording tossed if permission was not granted. To add icing to the cake, you could be charge with a crime for the illegal act of recording. Say what you want BGOL brethren but shit is not as simple as some of y'all be trying to spit. Ok off the legal soapbox, make of it what you want.
How is this thing any different from a home surveillance camera, that would be the only reason i'd see this thing being used in court. Also if you film a woman that cried rape after a consensual encounter i don't see how they would throw this evidence out
I would never record a female doing some freak shit without her consent. thats some thirsty weirdo shit, imho. Even the guys who have those public upskirt type videos. Shit seems creepy. But as for in the public recording some random shit, a lot of eavesdropping laws are for audio, not video, right? Video is only in areas where people can expect privacy.
those ADT signs people put in their yards/windows serve notice that video is in use on premises.
it doesn't tell where, but I would surmise it serves to get around that "legal permission" issue if someone claimed they didn't give permission to be recorded.
