If any other normal human made a statement like this during a speech, they'd probably be moved from the stage and taken to a hospital for an evaluation. This dude gets a damn applause break , and everyone treats it like its normal.

"The fake news media can manipulate anything... (my personal favorite, because it implies impropriety with out actively accusing someone, which I guess makes it valid for crazy people)"
