Gonna check it out. Like @EPDC said - they always do a good job with their documentary pieces.
Just listened to the MMA Fighting recap of yesterday's UFC card. E. Casey Leydon does production work for them (website / podcasts), and he's married to Esther Lin who does fight photography (MMA and boxing). They knew Kimbo on a personal level and said he was a really good dude. According to E. Casey, the Vice crew rented out an Airbnb close to their home to conduct the interview process with Esther, and it was a good experience.
