I was pulling for Nina Turner, only to see if she could back up all the shit she been talking. Thought she had it in the bag and it wasn't until late last week that I realized she was in for a fight. Good luck to her and her future.
Fight them to give them direction and to keep their election promises but still vote with them to pass shit, unlike the democrats you love like Manchin, Cuellar, Sinema. Keith Ellison did the same thing in Congress and was a progressive that the establishment worked to keep him from running the DNC.
He left congress and ran for AG in a predominately White state and won . And if it wasn't for him Calvin would have never been tried for the murder of George Floyd.
There are also many Blue Dogs who win in similar districts but are DINO like Manchin.

I expected the margin to be higher in Warrensville honestly since Shontel worked there. Was pretty close here in South Euclid but we are pretty diverse.
I voted for Nina but her comments after the loss really rubbed me the wrong way. Extreme progressives suck at being electable. Once Shontel got some money for attack ads to use her own words against her it was a wrap. Felt like a Presidential election. Couldn't even watch a kids video on youtube without seeing it. Ads in the mail daily too.

We need Black PACs and focus on local and regional elections. The elite old guard nigro intelligentsia are not serving the needs of everyday black people. With a Black PAC we can run strong black local candidates and take our power in places where we are concentrated. We have to get wiser about the political game and stop being pawns.
