The current situation in Haiti

I think both sides of arguments have essential points.

In my opinion I think Haiti needs a Progessist Dictatorship! A Progressist dictator entails Statesmanship: ability to manage the affairs through experience and wisdom. And conventional wisdon in Haiti is you have to rule with a Iron fist because the majority of Haitians are not educated and don't understand the essence of Democracy.

You don't just wake up day and decide to install democracy just anywhre. Certain preparation would have to be done. You give people 1 inch, they take 1 more. Look at Iraq today and Iraq during Saddam era.

No one of the present model would work for Haiti; she needs a fusion of all. A bit a democracy, dictatorship, socialism, communism.

No one will invest money in a place where no rules exist. Aristide brought about something that was never a factor before: gangs. Imagine a motherfucker who never made more than $25 a day in his life before, now pulling $25000 with one kidnapping. Who's going to convince him to give it up? Who will convince hundreds like him to decimate the whole insdustry?
Force will have to be used to bring oder and keep it.

1) Bring Back the army to bring order and keep it(modified version)
2) Destroy the slums( particularly cite soley)
3) Decentralized Haiti
4) Education
5) Infrastructure
6) Invest in productivy factors.
7) Reforestation
8) Bring the Hoes Back
9) willingness to execute a fool on national tv for breaking the law.
10) give them the freedom to a decent live.

I don't know much so i go by the comon sense approach. it has to get worse before it get better. haiti needs a goverment that going to built infastructure to saits fy the rich. crack down on crime a section at a time. effectivelly moving the bigger criminals to a section of the contry. shun outside influence. kick the un and out of the contry.(yeah the embargo shit might come back but fuck it us is not the only contry out there with money.) and most of all let it be known that the contries money will be tracked and every one who challenge the gover ment will be dealt with.

as long as the goverment do right by the poor people. they will leave them alone to take care of the rich who blocks progress.
