Shannon brought up Freddie Gray,as an example and Ray Lewis dumb ass brought up black on black crime...Then,say he understand what Kap was doing,but didn't like how he protested.

I've never heard of a protest that's suppose to be a certain way.

First,he threw a fucking fit about the folks in Baltimore rioting in 2015 then turn around have a problem with the way Kap protested...makes no fucking sense at all.

Also,he can't talk without trying to be a fake ass minister.

I think that brush with the law really broke his back and he did whatever it took to save himself including ratting on friends, bow down to white supremacy, talk down to black folks etc. The scared straight program worked a little to well on him.

If the NFL would have told him to change his name to Toby, I guarantee he would have. Facing a murder charge will break the strongest man sometimes. Yea and that fake ass minister shit he needs to quit it, he sounds mad corny.

Shannon believes in self help, but he also believes in the Govt stepping in to solve problems, and the Govt should be more accountable for the subtle things it does to make things harder for Black Folks.

A prime example of how we are treated vs how whites are treated. When the crack epidemic was at its peak they were putting black folks in jail and throwing away the key, but now that whites are having major problems with the opioid
epidemic and it's impacting primarily the White community. The opioid addicts are being portrayed as sympathetic figures who need help from the govt. A little off topic, but I wanted to include this observation.

I think you are giving Ray a little too much credit. He ducked a murder charge and probably didn't like the reaction he received from white NFL fans. He sounds like he is too scared to say anything that will piss off white people. According to ESPN Dave Zarin (sp), he is a major reason why Kap didn't get picked up by Baltimore. The owner asked Ray his opinion and he told him don't sign him. For what reason would Ray not want to give Kap a well deserved shot at playing football?

That explains,why Kap didn't trust John Wooten about having a summit. John Wooten wanted to bring Ray Lewis and Jim Brown and Kap never returned his phone calls.
