not a bad idea, but have you ever tried to make Chinese food at home? getting the taste the same as you get in the restaurant has been impossible for me and anybody I know.
Chinese food, there is nothing I have done that can get that taste just right as they have at the Chinese food spots

nah, they laid off the MSG in the 90s at the latest.
anybody gets sick from MSG its a liability lawsuit, they don't fuck with it
now the seafood joints that fry shrimp, crabs, fish and shit I can't speak on but the mainstream chinese places been off MSG.
I couldn't eat Chinese food in the 80s or 90s without getting sick. Now I can.

The thing is that Asians have the distribution game on lock when it comes to the food products and hair. I've personally been inside warehouses that are a few acres large right in the port cities here in the East Coast. I've asked the managers how far out do they supply and they tell me that they pretty much have the entire coast on lock. There are two major distributors in Jersey City alone who supply just about everyone. On the flip side, I've spoken to a couple of big dogs in the hair game and it's the same there. It's almost like the drug game where they have a system and don't care and don't need anything from outsiders because their system is tight. Not saying it can't be done but I'm sure there's a reason why there aren't many of us selling it.

This is bullshit because most of the flash frozen shit like egg rolls and wontons and shit that is deep fried is made right here in America by white owned factories!

Secondly, they may have the condiment game on lock but in general, hell nah they ain't making nor mass distributing the mainstream American chinese food products that come on a truck already frozen!

I could see the hair product market and even THEN, Koreans handle that shit.

went to yao mings place in Houston to get authentic Chinese food... shit was horrible.

I went & the service was shitty. They act like they didn't want to serve the negros table. So we left.

Good to know their food sucks, I think we made a good decision to leave.

I make a manicotti that a woman who recently came back from Italy told me was better than what she had there - I seasoned the cheese, which is something that they don't do it Italian restaurants. You end up with a mouthful of work had a cheese.

Someone has to explain to me why I'm every ethnic neighborhood the businesses are run by those people. For instance... china towns businesses are run by Chinese. Washington heights businesses are run by Dominican, All West Indian neighborhoods businesses are run by West Indians...Jamaicans, Guyanese, etc. indians, Koreans, Jewish, etc.

Now, when it comes to American blacks, we don't own shit. Chinese got the food and nails places on lock, arabs got the smoke shops, Dominicans got the bodegas. All we got is a bunch of niggas begging for money!

It isn't a black thing because Africans, Jamaicans, etc run their neighborhoods. It's only American blacks. Anyone have the answer?
