The BGOL Relationship Forum: Let's Create it!!!!!

For it to work it should be anonymous posters who ask the question. The mods of the forum needs to moderate that forum strictly. The ocking and talking shit should only be allowed on the main forum. Anywhere else people should get warnings and bans for starting shit.

Having multiple options isnt clutter IMO, maybe it just needs to be organized better.

As a matter of fact if you organize them under one area (including this topic ) it could potentially be less cluttered and more efficient

The reality of it is this is a porn board, cats on here all day long beating to naked chicks wondering why they got problems with their relationships. There is already a relationship forum, it's called SOL. This is the barber shop and it needs to stay that way, cats wanna get all in their feelings let them do it at the hair salon with the rest of the women. I dont understand the need for a grown ass man to spill the beans on his broad in a public place anyway, I was always taught to keep that shit inside and never let anyone know what the weak link is.

I think this is one if the biggest problems I have with board though.

Everyone of us here goes through some shit in our real lives (relationship issues, money problems, depression, insecurities, work issues, etc.) but they rarely get discussed because people will clown and make a joke of it.

Why should it be a bad thing to help each other out when we may be going through something without it being considered soft or "spill your guts?"

We all need guidance, advice, assistance, etc. so to be able to get that here would be a good thing IMO

It would mean a massive re haul for the movies and music sub forums. Getting rid of some of the moderators probably but it's feasible. HNIC, has all the tools to do it.

It has nothing to do with being Superman, it has everything to do with not showing your hand to the enemy.
You want a strictly moderated forum that goes against the 2 main things that has made the board what it is over the last 20 years.

If its in a sub forum it wouldn't change shit, and nobody would make you or anyone go into that forum so you wouldnt have to hear anything you don't want to so it would in no way affect anyones BGOL experience.

It's understandable that you would not want people to associate weaknesses with your persona. That is human.

I think it's also great that instead of saying that you have no weaknesses, you said that you prefer to hide them. That's a very valid feeling to have, especially in an environment when you might be unsure of when it will turn hostile.

The anonymous function that many are proposing would be paramount for people who would feel vulnerable sharing the truth about their issues and having the stigma of being weak or unsure attached to them. Pride always comes before the fall though...

If you think that you have nothing to gain from your fellow members in terms of learning from their insight knowledge and experience, you are really saying you have nothing to give.

In the end, we have to ask ourselves, if we really thought BGOL was ONLY full of know-nothing savages, what would that belief say about us?

Its not about showing weakness as a person, it's more about not letting others know what the weaknesses in your relationship are. People can use certain information to their advantage and exploit certain things so it is always best not to say shit. Just like the OP wrote earlier about taking my girl and he can see certain things, when you purposely let a dude know whats going on or wrong in your relationship you can't be mad when he come through and do whatever it is to rectify the situation that is causing the strife. A. negros will post dumb-ass "relationship advice" questions for the sole purpose of humiliating themselves for attention/post views.
