yeah, but the meaning of "the best rapper" is vague as all hell now. If you're referring to rappers that over rap themselves into obscurity, then Jean Grae all day any day. She never rocks fillers but has no hooks. She stays underground because she's an underground favorite, she's not a hit making emcee.
Her wordplay rarely changes and her shifting delivery is not radio friendly. She would have to show ass and get a squeaky voice just to be recognized by women!!
