This lifestyle is not in my face. I haven't personally witnessed this in children, but D Wayde's situation is what is projected..so that's my disclaimer. I personally can't STAND that shit and i believe it will be to the detriment of the child later in life.
That being said, I don't know the percentage of cross dressing / tranny / lbqgtetc whatever kids who are confused, or who are being guided by confused parents who don't believe in boundaries and gender roles for kids and dress and model them like adults.
Can it be a form of child abuse to let your 5 year old son dress as a princess on Halloween? Will the repercussions and ridicule the child will eventually endure be traced back to parents who should have said no, fuck that shit, you're a boy? Most 6-year-old kids don't even know what sex is. Most 5-year-olds don't understand the concept of gender or peer pressure. Clothes don't reflect their identity because they really don't even have an identity yet.
In those cases the school should ask the children some questions about their home life.
That said, if 14-year-old Timmy wants to wear a dress to school let him! He's old and aware enough to know that he's going to be ridiculed, called an abomination, and all that other fun stuff. If he still wants to wear the dress anyway that's a personal choice which should be respected.

You might have a gay black kid or 2 but they're not running around trying trying to completely switch genders while their black parents foot the bill financially. The exception is usually black kids adopted by cacs or when black kids move around cacs.
