We've had so many of the cheap $30 Kindle tablets I've lost count. The kids get enough enjoyment from them but they get so slow.
Hopefully these are highly improved. My kids get too comfortable with my iPad.
I may grab a few for my children depending on the user experience.

How stable the fire tablet will be? We have 5 or 6 at the crib I wouldn't buy any other tablet. Hulu Netflix and a 200gb SD card im good to go.
yeah, the tablet itself. had one a while back and it was really slow.
i just copped the Lenovo Duet Chrome Tablet. So far so good, basic tablet.
The Fire 10 HD tablets they sell now are pretty good.
I got em on sale for me and my son for $70 each after sale price and trade-in offer.

Maybe cause i just use it to read, watch tv and movies thats about it.
For the price the quality good sound good screen and with a mico sd its great.

I can watch age appropriate material on there, do light surfing, check email, listen to music, etc.

I used to have a Phablet when I was with US Cellular specifically because of the size fit my hands better and for the larger screen to watch content on.

Just wait for prime day or black friday.. You can get all tablets at a heavy discount.. I got the 7 for $30... I was literally buying a bunch and flipping those for $45-$50 after the sale... Another trick was to have some memory cards with movies etc on them to sell with it... Disney+ kinda ruin that lil trick though

I put Google Play on mine and stripped away all the Amazon bloatware including the ads.
Every now and then they will go on sale for $100.

I watch movie and TV on prime I read books and comics I do VERY basic surfing do some emails leave bgol on in the browser
yes the browser sucks, but I RARELY go online using it.

It is DEFINITELY not a waste of money.
I disagree, if you buy the base ipad it will last you atleast 5 years and possibly more. This device might last about 2 years before the performance is unusable.

I'd rather take my chances with a $100 device (especially for my kids).

but for Netflix or HBO Max, I'm using my iPad.
You can get the 2019 for $329. You often can find it on sale on Amazon for $279 or $249.

yes its worth it, buy a $20 protective case and a ipad will last years. The new one starts off at $329

if you gonna browse, movie watch, slight editing , even zoom or webcam, play music, hd 10 for $100 will do way more than the job
By the way even used this $30 tablet for parties and bachelor parties... Made a playlist and dj tablet did a great job... Best $30 spent
