TAMPA, FL -- A Florida middle school teacher has been arrested for the third time this year for having sex with a student.
This time deputies say, they practically caught Stephanie Ragusa in the act.

A silent Stephanie Ragusa is back in handcuffs.
Deputies say she just couldn't stay away from a student she had sex with.
She was busted at the teen's home.
Detectives stopped her as she was heading toward her boyfriend's truck which she was driving.
When asked how he would describe her, Lt. Fred Asteasuainzarra of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said "a person that probably needs some help."
Ragusa's problems started in March when she was arrested for having sex with one of her 14-year-old Davidsen Middle School students.
Investigators say that when Ragusa was having sex with him, she became intimate with a second student who was 15.
Detectives say they had sex 20 times before she was arrested earlier this month.
The arrest report says she gave him love notes and gifts and he even signed her last will and testament.
Lt. Asteasuainzarra says Ragusa isn't talking to police.
But investigators say it was talking that got her in trouble again.
Ragusa stopped by the now 16-year-old's home to chat about her criminal case.
