The whole point of art is to express yourself. Producing one song requires a lot of energy; more than I have for that particular medium of expression.
It doesn't matter what whites think (ever). The words to CR were powerful and well executed: he expressed himself while getting some cash?
Selling out is a contingent designation to a qualified predicative act. I don't see how he "sold out". If he sold out, all artists are sell outs.
