Taxstone Arrested

To be fair, Nore is much older now and by all accounts, he pretty much escaped jail from that period by the skin of his teeth. Either way all of em are stupid as shit.

Very true my brother. BUT, the dude has people around him that he should be learning from. He already bidded, and he was getting bread. He didnt go for a DUI, or domestic abuse. Not condoning those in ANYWAY... He may be on the hook for MURDER?

Just a very crazy mind state after kinda like making it. I know now I don't have much but I avoid drama, possible jail time or anything to mess up my elevation. You are right about the age though but still.. Thats bananas.

Well well another one bites the dust, who's going to step up and take his place?that spot is wide open.[/QUOTE]
I'm honestly confused on the charges... The white girl is saying they caught someone else on charges and they are snitching to help their situation(the fact that this is valid in our justice system has always befuddled me) The report is saying they have DNA on the grip, magazine, and trigger.... Hmm.

So you telling me DNA has a timestamp? If the gun was touched by taxstone 10 years ago (depending on the manufacturing date of the gun) would his prints still not be on the gun??

Another issue I have is.... After 8 months why the rush to arrest him now?? Haven't murder charges been dropped in the troy ave case? I can understand not being able to charge two separate people simultaneously for the same exact murder. But "if" they indeed have a witness saying that they saw taxstone with a gun then why not hit him with the murder charge? It all just looks very poorly handled so far... Hopefully he has good representation that can exploit that... Cus if not... It's curtains

The feds picked him up on being a felon in possession of a firearm (his DNA was supposedly found on the firearm). Murder is a state charge.

I'm really surprised by the support he has here and on twitter. Not so much that ppl like his podcast, iget that. ive heard a couple episodes, its cool, not my cup of tea. But this is a dude who was extremely reckless, extremely negative, always posturing on some gangster shit, threatening mad motherfuckers and didn't seem to slow down one bit. Where did he think it would all end up?

He put so much negativ energy and bad blood out there, this is 1000% his fault. SO why again do ppl have so much sympathy for him? His recklessness led to the taking of a life. Troy was shot in the leg, and Maino's girl was shot also. OVER WHAT?!?!?!

This is a dude who told many men to suck his dick, told a dude he wants to rape and face fuck his 4 year old daughter, and other ridiculous shit. I'm neither surprised nor saddened by this development. He was on a path to success, but not necessarily the right path.
well said

they saying someone in fl snitched on tax - basically confirming that he bought said gun thats how they tryna pin ownership- that why feds jumped in because he was already a felon at the time

Im sure the people whom that would concern already knew if he was the trigger man or not.
it's not about that it's about supporting /aiding somebody who got a lot of enemies..you looking like you're trying to help the dude get off or co-signed his actions..some people mite fuck around and press charlamgne..this is 1 of them situations he need to moonwalk away from..hell from a bizzness point of view it's not a goodlook..plus i'm pretty sure they mite not care but u can kiss any new troy ave or his squad interviews with them if he throw money at taxstone bail or lawyer fees

If those dudes was really the type to press cats, Tax would have been handled by now. Hes been on radio and social media talking tough since the murder and Troy has been shot at again since the original altercation... All these cats know who is who and whats what. Charlemagne isnt concerned nor should he be... (imo)..

people tend to pick on the weak , they would more likely fuck with a charlamgne than a taxstone.. it sounds crazy but that's the sad world we live in.. but as complex posted up above me it don't matter now cause his bail was revoked

And what would the breakfast club do without those coveted troy ave interviews. :lol2: foh
true..they could always have great interviews with dudes in mask named kodak black who drops nothing but incredible science..heard they can't wait for interview 2 with that guy.. i kno they hate troy ave interviews that's why they had him on there several times already:rolleyes::rolleyes:...no way they wanna speak to that guy after having 1 of the most controversial topics like that club shooting in ny..hell no one cares about that , that's why this thread only 6 pages and counting:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Charlamagne isn't going to do it

But Tax has surpassed Soulja Boy and Orlando Brown as donkey of the year

Dude was getting in the music industry and also building a brand coming off the Meek and Beans interviews.

Muthafuckas in jail have to think this muthafuckas dumb as shit to end right back up in the same situation. He fucked up a golden opportunity because his dumb ass wanted to troll on the internet.

The point is the breakfast club will survive without a troy ave interview. They don't need to do shit to appease him or his squad. I seriously doubt charlamagne is somewhere pondering wether or not he should support tax based off of losing out on a troy interview.

And the trolling part wasnt the problem... thats actually part of the brand he built.. The problem was the idiot deciding to engage internet beef in real life with gunplay, at a music event filled with cameras and witnesses. Absolutely stupid.

I know murder is a state charge.... The reports were saying g they worked closely with the NYPD.... What I was saying is... How does a felon in possession of a gun work with only your finger prints on a gun!?!? Them Shits don't just magically disappear... He could have touched the gun 8 years ago (possibly when he wasn't a felon) I just felt the murder charge at least made more sense

Either way we now know they definitely have an eyewitness that is talking

The gun that was at the scene of the crime?

That was from Florida

Come on man. From eight years ago. That would have to be like one in 1,384,778,119,768 :hmm:

In addition to the dude cooperating with the feds declaring he gave Tax the gun.

Does no one else find it strange that a criminal (... You know for instance... One that sold an handgun to a two time felon...) Is allow to testify as a credible witness.... How many people are locked up off the word of a known criminal!?!.... This is the main reason I'm against snitching.... Because the way it's set up they can get a "witness" to say whatever fits their narrative.... And your ass is toast

Chances could be smaller than that.... I didn't know the Florida angle and the confirmed eye witness.... I was going off the headlines yesterday that they found DNA and they may have a witness from Irving plaza... That's all I was going off of....

Witness in Florida saying he sold the gun to taxstone is a whole different thing

yeah he goin down cause of a florida witness

When the cops first got possession of the gun, they traced the owner of that gun and probably surveilled him until he slipped if they knew he was in the streets. If not that, they probably just pressed his ass off GP and made it a situation he didnt want to be apart of. Its a fucking MURDER! Stakes is extremely high.

Was dude really living with his aunt?
:roflmao:Nigga popping wild gorilla shit, living like a member of a rappers entourage.

no one is gonna cry over a missed troy ave interview.

Nigga it's doctors here in New York sharing living space... I just don't really see the joke here. Let's see... He's a two time felon... Still actively in the streets... Hmm... Why not have a landlord you can trust?.... The reaching niggas are going to just to slander this guy is crazy...

Yea I dont get what so funny about him being at his aunt's place -its east New York plenty of home owners -and as much as he was moving around makes a lot of sense for a podcaster that never had a legit job but I guess ppl think podcasting pays crazy bread or managing Casanova made him well off
