thats a BIT simplistic homie... The vast majority of people who live near or at or below poverty dont commit crimes.... and there are alot of people who commit crimes who arent in a desperate way. Many crimes are committed out of opportunity and a mindset.

I watched this the other day, Cape Town is no joke...Police can't even control crime or the criminals. Armed robberies and killings are daily. Gangs tearing neighborhoods apart, drugs and all kinda shit. They got their own problems...
