The only reason why Umar was able to get away with his fuckery is because his rhetoric goes unchallenged for the most part. His "expertise" is in an area where most of us don't know anyone qualified enough to fact check his quotes. This allows him to spew numbers and statistics during his speeches and sound like an authoritative source. If he hadn't overreached with this whole school thing, he probably would have gone under the radar for the most part.
