why do you need quad core on a cell phone ? is dual core to slow ?

anybody know why they don't just roll with even screens? say 4 inch, 5 inch, etc...instead of 4.3, 4.8, etc...

still rolling with a droid bionic i paid for last year, so no new phone on my horizon. admit, it's hard not to get caught up in the hype...but i don't have a 'must have' app on the horizon...other than using google maps would be nicer with a larger screen

This phone looks way different than my SG2, fellas
