i asked the gun dealer at the pawn shop what are the requiste in getting a gun - he said ya have to past a background check. Now he said straw purchase are illegal because when you buy a gun via legal channels, it is registerd to your name (like a driver license)

If you resell that mofo "illegally" you are going to do some time (even may be charged as an accessory to murder) if that gun ever pops up but may even be liable for lawsuits

Now from what I understand - this was just a case of stuidity to the fifth degree both on the bodyguard and TI's behalf.

Homeboy shouldnt have met with the bodyguard - that should have raise a flag cuz he wasnt on common ground but the Fedz didnt want no shootout.
