Relax man. Keys is pregnant. Every hormone in her body is doing back flips. The acne is going to get worse. Even if she could go to the dermatologist she cant take anything for the acne. It may hurt the baby.
The acne will clear, but Swizzy better worry about her ass getting big and she keeping that baby weight after the delivery. Keys was already thick in the hips. So she may blow the fuck up after the baby is born.
A few chicks I know that had severe acne cleared up significantly after having a baby or two. An small outbreak during their menstrual cycle once in a while but it totally recessed - some of them have been clear for 20+ years.
