Great and in demand actors don't always/or usually have to audition for roles, Mackie is a mediocre actor at best and not really a leading man so he probably still does lol Pattinson has proven to be an excellent actor and has been the face of a multi billion dollar franchise so yeah he's going to get offered roles.
Naw, two things can be true at the same time. A lot of "it actors" (especially white ones) get picked by Hollywood and don't have to put in the work like others.
And Mackie is also a mediocre actor.
Absolutely, white actors very clearly have to do half the work vs everyone else and clearly get favored. Just in the case of Pattinson it makes sense he wouldn't have to audition for batman, and Mackie is definitely mid lol
