Many of those are in error.
A good example is Mister Sinister. He does not fall under Telepathy. At least not only telepathy as his power is more energy control. First he controls he own body on a superior level not unlike Mystique. Second...his telepathy is not of his own body but by using creatures he designs to be near his target...like a mosquito or sub-human. He also has control over technology on a smaller level but only certain technology which leads to telekinesis...but not quite.

i agree with you and i noticed a lot has been left out with this chart..just posted it to provoke conversation...do not shoot the messenger!
