So my Blackberry has been having problems, it will often times turn itself off or freeze up while in use.

I also have a cracked screen, but the freezing up and resetting bothers me most. I've taken it to the Sprint store and they've reset it but the problem persisted. So I took it yesterday completely fed up. Left it there. Came back to get it and the guy is like can you recreate the problem? :confused::confused: HOw do I recreate my phone RANDOMLY resetting itself??? I'm like double YOU tee eff>??

He's like Asurion will only replace if you can recreate the problem so I can see it ...

After getting frustrated and walking out the store. I called Sprint and told them my woes and now they are sending me a new phone. NO problem, no questions ...

So take that Asurion!! I'm getting my new phone ANYWAY!!! WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY!!

those people in the sprint repair center are completely clueless. I took my old phone in for similar problems they give you the come back in an hour speech i come back dumbass says we need your password. I'm like i told you that before i left. :smh::smh::smh:

BTW i didnt have to recreate the problem for them to replace my phone.
 
Most times in dealing with today's electronics hardware issues cannot be resolved. As for software issues they sometimes can be resolved but usually not by those nimrods that work in the service centers.

Palm still seems to be the best when it comes to satisfying its customers. I had a problem with one of their units called their customer support number and they sent a new one via Fedex, with a RMA for the return of old one the next day. I just wish they would step up on their development.
 
Good for you Cleo... nothin' like good customer service. I'll keep this in mind in case I ever have to use my insurance. Now try not to beat the crap outta the new one...destructive ass. :D
