Look, but just keep working.
In September of 2022, an elderly gentleman (late 60s, early 70s)at my job was attracted to a new female employee. From, what I was told he had written her a few "love letters" letting her know that he found her attractive (no one knows to what extent he expressed his feelings, but knowing him I don't think he was vulgar or disrespectful).
I am not sure if she simply told him that she was not interested, but she reported him to a Department supervisor, and it was then presented to Human Resources.
He was suspended without pay for at least a month.
