This is not true all the time. I know for a fact it isn't about you saying young girls are sexually at a very young age cause most likely they were abused. Nah this not the case all the time (yes some, but not all the time).
When I was in middle grade school quite a few girls were pregnant at 13 at my school by older guys.
Those girls were not abused and none of them never claimed to have been abused. I was cool with them and still are cool with them today. Still now they never said they were abused. They actually said what made them be sexually is having music idols that they idolized (same how those girls said they idolized r. kelly in the doc) and those idols made their sex drive go racing.
You should know that mouse by being a female anyway once a girl hit puberty stage her hormones race wild as fuck. TL;DR: at 16-17 not disclosing / lying about your age places some accountability on the kid. Yes, they are still victims! However, we can't say they have to be responsible / accountable for their actions and when driving, but when it comes to sex / their bodies they are free of any responsibility / accountability "always." I think you're conflating the act of sex (as an adult thing) which is natural / in our nature with the results/consequences of sex: pleasure, pregnancy and potential diseases... These are very adult things that kids tend to not think about or have the mental maturity to consider. But sex is in our nature, not too long after boys' "balls drop" and women get their cycle, nature starts kicking in and most kids have the desire to have sex. And kids are having sex all across this country every day.

No, see now we have to keep that same energy. We call 16 & 17 yr olds young adults... Their minds are young as their bodies are maturing....
However, this is also the same time period where we try to really reinforce that kids have to be accountable and responsible for their own actions and inactions. (be it behind the wheel driving, trying drugs, SEX, and their everyday encounters with people.)
As a young adult some of these girls know what they want and they get it wether through manipulation or even from not disclosing.
For example the one girl was 14...skipped school every day Robert had trial (these were always school days when "kids" typically were not at the court house) and eventually worked her way into talking to him... Every morning before he had trial she was there....
She eventually gets in contact with him after the acquittal. During those conversations she tells him she is 19.....did he ask for ID? no he's a scumbag so he doesn't really care. However she admits to telling him and everyone else she is 19. Did security, management / handlers or whoever ask for ID? No, Robert's a scumbag they know he doesn't care so they don't. (again wrong but it was what it was).
Robert asks her over to his house to a party with other people. Again, she admits that without being asked to, she tells everyone at the party she is 19. At some point Robert asks her to model a bikini. She does, he has her take the bikini off, she complies... She then says she knew she should have said something but she wanted to spend time with him so she did not...
They get to the point where they perform oral on each other... She goes first... Then he goes on her... (while I'm typing this I am disgusted by the details, for the record.) He waits until after he performs oral on her to then ask if she's "19 right?" that is when she hands over her ID and says she lied she is only 16....
Up until that point, I find it very difficult to place ALL fault on Robert... Oh that mfkr is wrong as fuck!! Make no mistake about it. But considering that she was at the trial every day when she should have been at school, she says repeatedly with no influence she is of age and tells others that as well of her own volition....
So if we tell young adults to be responsible, didn't she have "some" accountability to tell anyone she was a damn kid? Not saying she's not still a victim... I never said I would never say that... Whether she tells Robert she is underage or not she is still a victim....
And I'm not blaming her, for the fact that he knowingly decided to move forward and engage in those activities with her... But we cant act like he seduced ALL these young girls knowing they were underage from the beginning. Yes he is still and will forever stay a grimey ass mfkr amd he deserves all the slander and misfortune coming his way....
But some of those girls knowing lied about or failed to disclose their ages. That is my only point, you can still be a victim 100%, but some of them are not 100% "innocent"
