My boys are in football and soccer and I've been training with them after a really long time of not doing shit. Makes a difference! Been sleeping better, move better, pumpage strokes is on a different level!
During Covid we canceled our gym membership and built a gym at home. The one piece of equipment I couldn't get because of shortages was a good leg press/hack squat machine. My legs definitely suffered and I feel like my overall health took a hit when I couldn't keep my leg routine.
Now I can find good leg equipment, but I'm not sure if it's worth it to buy the machine and all the heavy plates I'd like, so it may be worth it to rejoin a gym.
