So I guess not falling for shoryuken > ultra fireball, BF > 360 ultra traps, knowing hit priorities, frame advantages, being able to block cross-ups, tick throws avoiding corner traps and knowing when to strike = turtling? My bad for not being a sucka props to everyone I played last night, hopefully those who I beat will learn from those matches and not just get mad. Losing isn't always a bad thing...sometimes it helps you learn more about your character and your skill set, strengths and weaknesses. I'll prolly be on later tonight for those who want revenge/rematches...and I know its quite a few ppl...so make sure ya'll form a line, I still got plenty of ass kicking to hand out

i can't find any Hori Real Pro sticks anywhere, everybody is sold out and back ordered
they got em on ebay for $250 at the cheapest, im thinking about back ordering one and just wait until May when they get the new shipment in

Copped one from Ebay on Fri for $160 buy now price. Got it yesterday and like the stick on it more than my TE stick.

I might cop a 360 on payday in 2 weeks. until then i wanna brush up on my skills. is SF3 3rd Strike a good game to practice on or is SF4 too different? i'm planning on using guile.

I got the mad catz fight stick and i noticed that my guy is starting to extra steps when i move back and forth. and a few of my keys are starting to sick when i press them. Im about to order a new stick and some buttons from lizardlick.com

Definitely go into Lizardlick and cop a Sanwa JLF and some Sanwa 30 OBSF Snap in Buttons...Should INSTANTLY change the way you play...

Game is totally different...timing, speed, jump in ...everything...

But to brush up on simple regular SF skills...you have no other choice...

don't know who you referring to... but if you read my post i said playing with Akuma/sagat/ryu/ken/bison against a player with no projectiles. if you are turtleing against fei long rufus/ cammy, vega.... sorry but garbage. (and turtle = layin back all match and wait for your opponent) and for the record can't speak for anyone else........ but you did beat me ......back when the game was new to me. who knows prolly a different story now. i'm still training.

I should be getting cable soon though, I got DSL now and Comcast was supposed to be here to connect it two weeks ago.

I've read on shoryuken that lizardlick is the best spot, anyone tried it out?

But it's not what you all expected...Scrilla played like his BP or win record was admittable in court or would get him some pussy..Because after losing HORRIBLY...What did he do...

Aside from the fact that my Wins on him far outweigh the few losses I took...
Im not one to take losses bad or make excuses..Because I know I'm easily the best on this board...HOWEVER I absolutely can't stand having to CHASE ANYONE in a fighting game....Nor watch you sit down and crouch and wait for someone to attack..because it defeats the purpose of a fighting game and once that tone is set...It just takes a few matches to reset my strategy and play accordingly..VERY PATIENT AND THROWING ALL DAY...

EDIT: It is HOWEVER, to give Scrilla credit,a viable strategy......You simply just have to adapt and play slowwww...boring....and piss people off by throwing until the begin to try and loosen up...

Modding a the Fightstick Buttons and Stick is MAD EASY with instructions and some patience. Buttons are quick disconnect, then can be popped out and replaced in 10 minutes.
The HRAP EX has the same Sanwa JLF stick as the TE fightstick so I just changed the Ball top to a Bat Top.

Go to Shoryuken.com Forums ...go to tech talk and shift through the SE/TE Mod Faq....

ONLY THING IS...YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY OPENING UP YOUR STICK...

But since parts are interchangable ..it shouldnt matter...there is NOTHING To solder on the Fightsticks...
