Still no numbers for Pacquiao-Mosley?

Probably did worse than his last two fights... they've really got to stop figting retreads. They already have to compete with free online streaming and now it appears the boxing public has caught on to their smoke and mirrors nonsense as well. :smh:

It has significance since Arum took this fight to Showtime/CBS for the supposed greater exposure it was to bring. If they could do relatively big numbers (higher than Pacquaio's normal 900K-1.1 million), it would put real pressure on HBO, which must be feeling the pressure already since they've scheduled a Chavez Jr. fight, something they've resisted for years.

Speaking of numbers, I read on ESPN that Hopkins-Pascal II had 1.8 million viewers. To me, that is more than double the amount that I would have expected. However, there was a lot of buzz right after the last fight and then the buildup to it was like "oh snap, I can't wait to see this fight" material for some...

wow..much more than i would have expected..

Same here. Hopkins is hot right now and Pascal needs to get in the ring ASAP and have a good performance while people give a shit about him.

Of course he needs to address his glaring weaknesses but we've gone over that in another thread.
