However, the Steak 48 here in Houston is hood though, I can't even lie.
Nothing but a bunch of wanna be IG models taking pictures and saying "ayeeeeeeeee" all night.

Nurs-Et here in Dallas doesn't have those type of restrictions,....but the cheapest steak on their menu is like $190
hell a hamburger is $75. so u gotta have some type of bread to eat there anyway.

A lot of these malls closed down because a bunch of kids with no or little money would come in and do laps around the mall terrorizing other guests, loitering, fighting, etc, and they weren't buying shit! What happened?!! They drove away paying customers and the malls started shutting down.

I gotta ask, da fuq is a "fine dining experience"??? I eat to get full not so I can write about it or reminisce about how the food looked on the plate or how the waiter kissed my ass. Seems to me that the fine dining experience is just another empty hustle to make people feel exclusive and justify ridiculous phrases like "if you gotta ask, then you can't afford it". I can have my girl serve my favorite foods butt nekkit in the privacy of my own home with my favorite music and candlelight. I don't think Steak 48 could even come close. Now that's a "fine dining experience".

Point stands that kids not spending money and causing trouble drives away paying customers. You can't get cooked steak on Amazon....yet (lol)

Incorrect. The same way neighborhoods fine you for not keeping your house up, restaurants don’t want just anybody with money coming there. HOA’s exist for basically the same reason as dress codes. I have no issue with owning a place and not wanting a certain element there. Black folk kill me being upset about some shit when you don’t HAVE to enrich these Cacs.
