Alright I checked out your posts .....and see all of your questions.
Really....you are just going to have to get your hands dirty. You are going to have to volunteer to work on independent films.......and network.

About the Porn thing.
Dude that is real tough to break into. From what I hear it is EASY to shoot a film but HARD to get DISTRIBUTION. Plus once you do get DISTRIBUTION....you still do not make a lot of PROFIT per title.......that is why you see cats like Lex Steele putting out 1000 titles a year.
But you might want to PM Justice Storm that posts on here....and some of the RSM ENTERTAIMENT cats for more specifics.

I appreciate the info on getting started.... I'm doing the volunteer thing and reading as much as possible. and about that school thing..... can't get in.
So I get what I can from the net and on the streets....
The equipment is mad expensive too.....
And to top it all off. I'm not sure exactly what I want to do in this field..........
Yeah about the porn thing.......... I'm seeing the same thing you saying...... I been to the AVN show in Vegas once... and while the females is like dat.... I don't see much money be made at the bottom......
I got this idea tho.... that I want to combine porn like scenes...with something else.......that way people will be more inclined to want to see it... I don't know....
But I do like the idea of running cameras and production... so I'm looking at that.

Look man sounds like you got a dream..... that is a good start. Seems like you trying to do the right things.
Volunteer to do some production work for local PORN PRODUCERS....there are SEVERAL THAT POST ON THIS BOARD.
You got to make connections!!!
If you got a "Great Idea" for porn.....put it on paper in the form of a proposal.
Then make a short "Demo DVD" of your concept. It doesn't have to be super polished........but you want to have something in hand to show people that may be able to help you.
