Dash is the cousin of Damon Dash, the former CEO and co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records.[2] Stacey was a close friend of Damon's late fiancée, Aaliyah. Her brother is Darien Dash, the CEO of DME Interactive Holdings, the first publicly traded African-American-owned internet company. She also has a younger half-sister named Tia Gordon. In July 1999, Stacey married Hilton Young; they met on the set of Clueless where he was an electrician. (InStyle magazine May 2000).[3]
Stacey Dash has two children. Her son Austin was born in 1991. She also has a daughter, Lola (born in 2003), with her current husband Brian Lovell.
