They're for starting plants indoors. They come in 10 packs at Lowe's, and are rifht by all the seeds. You can also make your own out of an egg carton

I tried the egg carton thing last year and it stunted my plants because I kept them in there too long.
These pods are taller than egg cartons so I may be able to to make it work longer, and it would be easier transportTra them. If I place my "plants" near my tomatoes no one will be the wiser since I've had my garden for 5 years.
Buy some citronella plants. If I'm right, the smell might cancel out because citronella is so strong. Maybe marigolds too
I'm thinking of fluorescents in my basement. Right near my heating pipe that goes straight through the chimney and out about 40 feet in the air.
I'm going to head to Lowe's after work. I've got some seeds that I have to germinate and I'll pop them in there afterwards

I used 2 grow. I was buying my seeds from a dispensary I found in High Times via mail. The seeds were hit and miss. So I stop because somebody in my house was on papers. If I can find some good seeds I prolly would start back.

Jiffy pods are the wrong pH for healthy yeild, hybrid seeds might work but there's a lot more to it than this video shows.This is a non factor in states where da shit is legal.

If you decide to grow sum flowers, DONT TELL ANYONE!! I repeat DONT TELL ANYONE!! Your best allie is yourself.. Look for a low odor plant... invest in a grower best friend a charcoal filter.. Happy growing, treat her like your new girlfriend. groom her, rub her down, keep the bugs away and off of her, feed her good nutes, give her good light 400 HPS or good led lighting, keep her nice and warm, put her lighting on a 16/8 when flowering, theres sum nutes out there that boost the cola size, leafy, the cannabist, high times are good to reading material, play music for her.. Always remember, if she is happy, she will make you happy!! Happy trails
Bro, your right!! Theres a ton more to it than vid shows.. PH levels are the number one thing and if your going hydro PH is the whole key plus other things..
Fluorescents are good for veggin, but you need something alittle brighter when you go into flowering.. For indoor grows, you said want to have 3 females going at the same time.. Your going to need a good fan with a 6" - 8" opening and a good ass filter.. Dont go cheap, if you do go cheap have enuf of them on stand by.. With 3 girls in flowering/bloom at the same time, half your block will smell them. Unless you live in one of those free states that allow you to grow..

If a person gets into the grow end... You cant tell anyone, I mean anyone, not even your best friend!!! That way the only thing you have to worry about is keeping that scent low and taking care of those girls..
How do you know whether the seeds are good or viable? Does the float test work (put the seeds in water in the ones that sink are viable) or should I just put the seeds in a wet paper towel and wait for them to germinate?
