at least this game is competitive.

sorry... can't roll with that.
you're being paid millions NOW... so i can't fall back on WTF you did in detroit bout 10 yrs ago. fuck dat.
today he cashes his checks... today he is garbage. he can NOT shoot the ball consistently after all these yrs. that would take a tremendous amount of pressure off zbo and gasol.
but they need his defense; so he plays.
prince + allen making a few open jumpers would open the lane and let zbo go off. but until then, the spurs will pack the lane and double team EVERY time the pass to the post. every.single.time.
parker might be on that HGH. that mofo is even faster/quicker.
for now.
the grizz had an 18 point lead that vanished quick.
that should scare the fuck outta grizz fans bc the spurs didn't expend too much energy to get right back in the game.
yea but in these playoffs no lead is safe unless you're playing the bulls

in the NBA, all teams usually go on a run to make the game competitive.
it's about how hard you work to get back in it. the spurs have a good, deep bench, and they're veteran; so they don't panic.
grizz up by 18... so i ran in the kitchen to saute some shrimp, warm some leftovers & wash a few dishes. by the time i sat down to eat... that lead was single digits.

Simmons and his new rotation guys is a bit questionable of a move this late in the postseason. I think Ed Davis' presence played a significant part in the Spurs cutting the lead in quarter 2. Now he has that Leuer logging minutes...

Now Simmons has a small ball lineup that hes never used a day in his life.![]()
That shitty smallball lineup resulted in Duncan being matched up with Bayless on every pick and roll and allowed a poor rebounding team like SA to grab every board to close the quarter. Those plays created atleast a 6point swing. Not a good idea.

panic.
there's no reason for him to change his lineup
they just needed to play harder and better.

he's trying to out-coach/out-think coach pop who's the BEST in the game right now.
he needs to get on his players to make some damn outside shots to loosen up the double teams in the post. NO POST GAME FROM ZBO AND GASOL IS KILLING THEIR OFFENSE.
they need to switch to a motion offense and swing the ball side-to-side. the spurs have excellent pick & roll defense bc the help camps-out in the lane on the weak side.
make a jumper: prince, allen, bayless... somebody.![]()
Yea, that was terrible.allen acting again
dunk on duncan you asshole

horrible foul call.. that was all ball and off parker
man, i didn't want to say it, but i will.
the spurs on that HGH man.
tony parker running circles around everybody.
tim duncan beating everybody down the floor.
tim duncan keeping up with youngsters and preventing dunks.
or maybe... just maybe, the spurs play better as a team and have better coaching.

Memphis has no "closer"![]()
