Sprint ends leasing option for Android phones?

They have good $400 Android phones from Chinese companies

Acquiring Nextel fucked them up.

It was antiquated technology and they gained nothing and had to push billions to get Nextel up to par and in line, in the mean time their own network suffered, they bypassed phones and they lost more ground to Verizon and AT&T.

It looked good on paper and they thought it got them a lot of business users, but it was terrible

When I had Nextel I never had a dropped call

Left Sprint for AT&T and my speeds and service are a lot better

I can't see leaving AT&T for anyone other than Verizon

T-Mobile maybe depending on your area and if you only go to metro areas

TMobile might be my next stop. I do go to metro areas.

I'm teying to find a good balance between data and service at a decent price.

With me it was the exact opposite. Got caught up in the iPhone hype so when it first dropped I left sprint for AT&T :angry:never again. Fuck AT&T I wish I had dropped calls with AT&T. Shit I wasn't receiving calls at all, joints would go straight to voicemail:smh: so there is no telling how many calls I missed when a person just wouldn't leave a message. Me and my wife both had the same problem. We ran back to sprint. It depends on your area I guess:dunno: FUCK AT&T!
I've had my service issues with ATT while in Cali Central Valley and in Maryland between Baltimore and DC. Not many missed calls but a few but text messages were never received and my data was getting fucked up.

I live in Jersey and ive not experienced a dropped call on sprints network in 10 years so the shitty service some talk about is definitely related to your specific area like another poster stated at my job sprint is the only service that works regularly.

I wish there were some codes I could use. I'm losing customers since people don't want to pay the tax up front. kain what do you need to know ? we do have some awesome deals if you port over to sprint 50 % off your bill
I already resigned with Verizon.I like riding my bike on the back roads and Verizon always seems to have coverage. Verizon new plans got my total plan with a tablet for $93.

I appreciate it bro, but I was Sprint for a decade before the level of service has fallen off the cliff.

I hate this. I'm trying to leave AT&T but some of these replies got me thinking twice.
Reason why I stay with Verizon, even though they are the priciest. Rather pay the price, and enjoy the coverage and 4G speeds, then mess around and get inferior service just to save a little money. And Sprint never again.

Verizon has the big cities taken care of but some of the small towns i stayed in while goin to school and what not like Quincy IL u roam all thru that
