Chase Daniel has a limited body of work in the NFL but that has not prevented him from earning some serious cash in his career. This offseason, Daniel signed a two-year deal worth $10 million with the Chicago Bears. He was coming off a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints in which he earned $900,000 in 2017. He earned minimal money, by NFL quarterback standards, for the first part of his NFL career before signing a massive three-year deal worth $21 million with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2016. He lasted just one season out east before requesting his release by the organization.

Daniel made the start for the Bears on Thanksgiving Day against the Detroit Lions and put forth a strong showing in the victory. After the game, TSN's SportsCentre up in Canada tweeted out this look at how much money Daniel has earned in relevance to some of his major accomplishments.

He has been paid $28,304,318 in his career, meaning he has earned $14.152 million per every one of his career wins as a starter (two). The image notes he has made $9,438,105.67 for each of his three career touchdown passes. It breaks down to him being paid $2,573,119.73 per each of his 11 career sacks. For the 78 passes he has completed in his career he has made $362,875.86 per completion. He has now recorded 710 passing yards in his career and StatsCentre noted he has earned $39,865.24 for each yard he has thrown in his NFL career.

StatsCentre made a notable mistake on their image. They listed Daniel having made four starts, but Thursday's game was just his third career start. That means he has earned over $9.3 million per start in the NFL.

Daniel had an impressive collegiate career before entering the NFL. A four-year contributor at Missouri, he put an impressive string of games together as a starter between 2006 and 2008. As a sophomore, he completed 287 of his 452 passing attempts for 3,527 yards with 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He backed that up by completing 384 of his 563 passing attempts for 4,306 yards with 33 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. After that 2007 season, he was named a finalist for the Heisman Trophy and finished fourth in the voting. He capped off his final season by completing 72.9 percent of his passing attempts for 4,335 yards with 39 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. He also ran the ball 364 times for 970 yards with 10 touchdowns at Mizzou.

He went undrafted in 2009 and first signed with the Washington Redskins. After he was cut, Daniel joined the New Orleans Saints. He spent the next four seasons there, completing seven of his nine passing attempts for 55 yards. He was then in Kansas City between 2013 and 2015 before a one-year stint with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was released by the Eagles last offseason and signed a one-year deal with the Saints. He entered Thursday's game having completed 51 of his 78 passing attempts for 480 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

Daniel completed 27 of his 37 passing attempts for 230 yards with two touchdowns in the win over the Lions. For fans of the Bears, they'll say he was worth every penny on Thanksgiving Day.

NEVER PLAYING
That's why he sticks around, People don't know he sucks :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:
The worst thing a backup Qb can ever do is get in the game, cause if you suck then GM's won't sign you because they will be criticised for it.
Be like this dude, sign with teams that have entrenched Qb's who aren't injury prone.
Then when you retire they'll let you coach/broadcast.
Look how many scrub qb's are coaching/ broadcasting games.
