I don't like how jax brought up a old club bylaw that hadn't been used in a while (20 years), and right when he goes to explain it, they flash to outside where SAMCRO is asking about "worst case scenarios" n shit. Then they go back in and he's obviously done bringing up that bylaw.
The one dude even attempted to give him a way out, saying anger/rage could have fueled it, but jax wasn't having it. And if jax opened up and told them everything that happened, every detail, about Tara's murder and who did it, there's no way they kill him.
Jax either wants to die or he knows that he won't die n will just have his ink covered and kicked from the club. Right now he has his boys to live for so he must know his days in the club are done, but not his days above ground.
