shit was stupid.
we get there and goto the leasing office. i go in and ask for the keys for the apartment in my name and show my id. they're giving me a hard time about the shit. (reason for that tell in a min) so my wife's calling the police while my cousin's instigating hit that nicca. the leasing rep goes and gets the lease and shows it to me with another female rep behind him. social is mine but year of birth is off by a few years along with some other shit being wrong. no picture id on file. so i say we need to goto this apt. they don't want to do anything until the police get there. warrensville po po finally get there i tell them the story show them the lease they gave me. police ask them questions about who's in there. guy his girlfriend and 2 little kids.
police make me my 3 cousins and my wife go outside to our car and wait. About 15 minutes later they bring a girl out to the their car and sit her in it and ask me to come over, and ask me if i know her. sure enough i do. it's this ho that use to hang with a guy i knew who wanted to invest in my shit years ago. but he's in jail in nc at a fed pen south of charlotte. they're asking her where did she get my info from and she tells cops the guy i'm telling them about in jail gave her my social n shit. then when she's asked how did she get the apartment, her friend hooked her up. Her "friend" is the female working in the leasing office. so the 2 of the cops go back into the building and a few minutes later bring the female out of the office out. They have us step back and they're talking to her in front of ol girl in the cruiser. Then they cuff the lease agent, pull girl out the car and cuff her then put her back in. cops come talk to me stating that the lease agent willingly took my info and just setup a lease to help her friend out. never ran my credit or anything, just did the lease for reasons unknown when if she was hooking people up could've just done it in ol girls name. we left to goto the station while some other cops stayed to pick up boyfriend and waited on someone to get her kids.
at the station it was just filing a statement. found out she had the place for about 8 months it wasn't reported on my bureau until they tried to buy something in my name and showed that as an address, that's why the bureaus updated with that address. so far they haven't bought anything, cause the information they had wasn't completely right to have credit ran.
the leasing management company called me about 40 minutes ago apologizing and apologizing about shit guaranteeing they would remove my name from any thing having to do with their company immediately, but i'm like this after i spoke to some folks on the phone. sue them fucks for even letting shit like that happen.
