Facts..but NYC makes up for it by being such a walkable city, you dont need a car...
and also the non stop energy you get....its a zest of energy that cant be explained..
it easily trumps the smell of dog and rat and college frat boy piss you smell in the streets
if it doesnt rain for a minute... lol...
Yea a family of five would do great in a three thousand square foot home,
the thing abouit nyc tho is really like
any place else in the world, you know the right people or
live here long enough the cheaper it gets..
untill the govt decides to fuck with people and raise interest rates...
but another good thing for tenants is nyc is tenant friendly...
so there is a lot of give and take here,
its just getting too crowded because its like everybody from russians to chinese,
to italians that are just supposd to be passing through, dont want to leave
and set up shop here...
got most bruhs moving back down south.. braggin about all the space they have now,
talkin bout,
they dont know how they put up with that in nyc..
I dont think Ill ever leave but I will be having summer homes tho...
let them legalize weeed down south..
