I wonder if DSW can find it for you at another store in your size and color, and have it sent to you. I feel like they should be able to offer that service to you...

When I was working retail, we could find the item at a similar store and get it either sent to the customer's home address from the store that had it OR get it sent to the store for you to pick up...

If they can't do either, DSW is fucking up when it comes to customer service...

according to the guy at the store they dont do that anymore...he directed me to the website

i was kind of disappointed because most stores do that as courtesy to their customers

yall dont like the tstrap?!

i see it as a toned down version of the gladiator heel thats like super popular right now......figured it would be real classy for work or with a cocktail dress

Maybe if the t-strap was smaller on the shoe...it looks appropriate for an older woman, but not for a young lady, know what I mean?

I love T-Strap shoes.. however this one, does leave something to be desired, but to each his own... I hope ur getting the white ones, because all the other colors look like hot garbage...

Anywho.. I searches sites like endless.com & 6pm where you can find a lot of shoes from season's past, & these aren't there... soo... you might just have to find a different DSW... they seem to be the only store with them online.. Or you can holla at Ebay...

Girl you know them shoes ugly as hell!! Ain't no style with it LOL. I've seen shoes with smaller straps like that and they still ugly as hell (to me)... Like doggish said, they look like old lady shoes and even some old ladies wouldn't wear them...

EDIT: just took another look to see if I was being too hard on the shoes... NOPE. Still ugly as hell

When I put in the heel height, t-strap, and ivory this is what I get:

I tried to find something along the style of the first shoe posted. The only of the three I'd rock is the first one- I HATE open toe/sandal shoes. Don't know why, just do. However there are exceptions...

I would suggest looking @ Macy's .. Steve Madden... like.com let's you searching using visual clues... that might be helpful.. if your really trying to save $$ Bakers usually has similar shoes for pretty inexpensive

I like the last Steve Madden pair the best... but, I don't do rhinestone-studded or glass-studded anything really...I feel, if I want more versatility with my shoes, I'll just go with many different colors...same with my handbags...then again, I guess they could be funky depending on the outfit :confused:
 
Hmmmm...I don't do rhinestones or studded shoes either, and I will be soooo glad when patent leather goes out of style, or at least goes away again. I hated it when my mom used to make me wear black patent leather flats to church with those white ruffle socks.:smh:

went DSW on good friday with a woman who apparently never knew what the big deal was about the store.

i had to tell her that i was told about it from my female friends....

i also didnt know that they sold mens shoes too......

Back in the day, DSW used to be the shit cause they had Macy's/Rich's type shoes for like half the price. Lately they slacking cause DSW everyday look like a minor sale in the mall on some days. Not getting your bargain no more.

You're right...back in the day, DSW was the ish! I mean, I loved getting shoes from there when I was in college. Now, I can't even tell you the last time I've copped some shoes from DSW...I mostly do my shoe shopping now at department stores or the Marshall's with the Shoe Depot in them :dance:
